Sage Health and Beauty stands behind the products we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with one of our products, we will refund the purchase price - no questions asked. Simply contact us to obtain a return authorization, and then return the unused portion or empty container. Once we receive the returned product, the refund is issued within 48 hours.
To obtain a return authorization, please use the Contact page. Simply mention the name of the product you wish to return, and make sure to include your email address, and your original order number. Refund authorizations are normally issued the next business day. We will send you the return address and instructions by email.
Conditions:
- Clients may return purchases within 90 days from the date of their order.
- The empty package and unused portion must be returned.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Refunds are credited to the card used to make the original purchase.
